How it works

1. Choose your session Select the session type that fits your vision: outdoor natural light or indoor studio. Both run 45 minutes and are designed for every kind of mom.

2. Secure your spot A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Spots are limited and fill quickly, so booking early is strongly recommended.

3. Capture the moment Arrive, relax and let us do the rest. Your photo selections will be available within 24 hours of your session, with final edited images delivered in 7 to 10 business days.

4. Receive your gallery All final images are delivered via a secure online gallery where you can view, download and order prints. Raw files are not provided.

Want more? You can purchase all unedited photos from your session or request additional edits at $25 per photo (minimum of five). Expedited delivery within three business days is also available for an additional fee. See add-ons at checkout.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I apply this deal to an existing booking? No. The Mother's Day sale applies only to new sessions booked between April 14 and May 10, 2025. It cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

When will I receive my photos? Photo selections are available within 24 hours of your session. Final edited portraits are delivered within 7 to 10 business days after you have made your selections. Video content has a 2 to 3 week turnaround. Expedited delivery within three business days is available for an additional fee.

How will I receive my photos? All final images are delivered via a secure online gallery where you can view, download and order prints directly. You will receive a link to your private gallery by email once your edits are complete.

Will I receive every photo from the shoot? No. We carefully review and remove duplicates, test shots and any images that do not meet our quality standard. You will receive only the best images that truly showcase your session. Raw or unedited files are not provided as part of any package.

Do you provide props or backdrops? Yes, for indoor studio sessions we have backdrops and props available. You are also welcome to bring your own. Outdoor sessions do not include props, but you are welcome to bring meaningful items that reflect your family.

Can I change my outfit during the session? Absolutely. You can change outfits as many times as you would like within your 45-minute session time. We recommend having outfits planned in advance to make the most of your time.

Can I book this as a surprise gift for Mom? Yes. Simply book and select the gift option at checkout. We will send you a digital gift certificate that you can present to Mom. She can then choose her preferred date and session type when she redeems it.

What if I arrive late to my session? Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Late arrivals will reduce the available shooting time. If you need additional time, it may be purchased at $150 per hour subject to availability on the day.

POLICIES

Cancellations and rescheduling

• You may reschedule once with 48 hours notice
• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit
• Weather cancellations are handled by the photographer with reschedule options provided

Late arrivals Your session time is reserved just for you. Late arrivals reduce your available shooting time. Additional time may be purchased at $150 per hour based on availability.

Deposits A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session.

Extras and add-ons Additional edits are available at $25 per photo with a minimum of five. All unedited photos may be purchased. Expedited delivery within three business days is available for an additional fee.
