1-Hour Studio Session – $279
✔ Includes 40 professionally edited photos (no image selection stress!)

2-Hour Branding Session – $499

All sessions take place in our Orlando-based studio. Use your session for birthdays, business, personal branding, family portraits—or just because!

What to Expect

Booking & Deposit:
After selecting your session, you’ll receive an invoice. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date.

Turnaround Time:

• Photo selections available within 24 hours after your session

• Final edits delivered within 7–10 business days after selection

• Expedited delivery available (3 business days) for an additional fee—contact us at bookings@ridethewave.co

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds unless your appointment is canceled by RTW Photography.

FAQs

Can I apply this sale to a session I’ve already booked?
This sale only applies to studio sessions booked between July 1 – September 7, 2025.

What can I use my session for?
Anything! Whether it’s a birthday, family shoot, branding update, or just for fun—you make the moment, we capture it.

When and how will I receive my photos/videos?

• Final photos: within 7–10 business days after selection

• Event/video edits: 2–3 week turnaround

• Delivered via online gallery for download and print ordering

Do I receive all the photos from the shoot?
No. We curate the best images—removing test shots, duplicates, and unusable frames.

• Portrait sessions: includes final edited images only

• Branding sessions: includes all unedited RAW files + 40 edits

Are props and backdrops included?
Yes! We provide a variety of backdrops and props. You’re welcome to bring your own as well. Let us know in advance if you have any special requests.

Can I change outfits?
Absolutely. You're welcome to change outfits as many times as you'd like within your session time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once, with at least 48 hours’ notice

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit

• In case of weather concerns (for outdoor shoots), we’ll notify you and reschedule accordingly

• All rescheduling is subject to availability
